Director Malcolm D. Lee (“The Best Man”) talks his latest movie “Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins”, the movie business and more. Here is a snippet.

“I wanted to see a story about an American family that I can relate to more strongly,” Lee said. “Often you see movies about African-American families that are very over the top and stereotypical.”

    He’s kidding right? I’ve seen the trailers for this and it seems to be as stereotypical and over the top as anything else.
