Tradition of Excellence

I'm NOT the author of the articles. I'm chronicling the stories you may have missed.

Tradition of Excellence names January honors

leave a comment »

Every month this site highlights a Black-owned business, an organization committed to improving the Black community and an achiever. Make sure you take a moment not just to notice these honorees but particularly research the business and organization. I try to choose businesses that sell their products and services online so you can support them if you so desire.

Black-owned business of the month: Sakile, which offers an all-natural ingredient skin care line.

Organization of the month: The Future PAC, whose mission is to support and finance the political campaigns of African American women.

Person of the month: Clarence Otis, Jr. the CEO of Darden Restaurants
