Jacqueline Seabrooks becomes first black woman city police chief in CA
Jacqueline Seabrooks, a 26 year police veteran of Santa Monica became the new police chief of Inglewood. Seabrooks, 45, is the first black woman in California to hold a city police chief’s position. She will lead 200 members of the police force.
